REPORTS

Enhanced IFTA Reconciliation Report This new IFTA report is available by permission and will calculate with adjustments for odometer tracking issues. Pair this report with the Enhanced State Miles Details report to view which segments of mileage have possible issues.

Enhanced State Miles Details Report This report is available by permission and will give the details for each trip taken by a vehicle and the miles per state, adjusting for odometer tracking issues. The last two columns show the odometer source and if there were possible issues. Use this report to investigate possible issues with mileage.

Vehicle Unidentified Record Summary Report List of vehicles and the count of unidentified records that have been generated and assigned/assumed for the report period.

Driver Assigned/Assumed Unidentified Record Summary Report List of drivers and the count of unidentified records that they have accepted or that have been assigned to them for the report period.

SFTP Option When adding a delivery schedule to any report, the deliver method now includes SFTP, which includes required authentication fields and an option to add the timestamp to the name of the file.

HOS

Time suggestion when editing/inserting ELD record during drive time When editing or inserting ELD records during driving time restrictions, OneView will proactively explain why you cannot edit/insert during this driving time and suggest when you can edit/insert a record.

ELD and Unidentified Records The ELD rule clearly requires the tracking of all unidentified records (driving, engine power up, engine shutdown, malfunctions), however the FMCSA is now saying that the assigning of unidentified driving records is a must, while the assigning of engine power up, engine shutdown and malfunctions is not required. With this in mind, Pedigree Technologies has updated the unidentified record management to focus on the unidentified driving records (rather than all unidentified records) to simplify things for ELD users.

Compliance tab shows count of Unidentified Driving Records

New column added for Unidentified Driving Records in the Unidentified Records module.

When you click on Unidentified Driving Records for any tractor, the window to assign them will still show all unidentified records but you will also see the separate column for just the Unidentified Driving Records Count.

Allow edit of other fields when assigning unidentified records After choosing who to assign records to, the notes option has changed to include adding the Shipping Document Number, Carrier, Trailer, and Notes. Be sure to add each of these fields.

Add notes to unassigned unidentified records For unidentified records that you choose not to assign to a driver, such as vendor related records, you have the ability to add a note to that record and can then filter out all records with notes in the future. Add Note to Multiple Records from the main records manager window.

Add Note to a single record

Unsynced unidentified record count Unidentified records on ELDs do not sync to OneView until a tablet has been signed into and connected to that ELD; so OneView now shows the count of unsynced unidentified driving records.

OneView inserts blocked due to driving time will prompt user with new time Inserted ELD records that are blocked due to driving time will prompt the user with the next available time that a non-driving record can be inserted.

Option for driver to revert “assumed from unidentified” record On any individual record that was assumed from unidentified records by a driver, the driver could revert the record back to unidentified by logging into OneView and editing the record. Choose their name in the edit menu and then Revert to Unidentified. This is enabled by special permission.

HOS Calculations – Malfunction notes Using Malfunction and the duty status in the notes will allow the system to recalculate driving time that was a result of a malfunction or ECM error. Malfunction must be spelled correctly and directly followed by the duty status to adjust to.

Custom timeframe on Compliance tab The Compliance duration now includes a custom option like other timeframe options throughout OneView.

Export CSV button on DVIR module The DVIR module on the Compliance tab and the Dashboard Module now include the export to CSV option.

ELD records can change owner in Team Driving If a team driver fails to switch drivers on the tablet when another driver takes operation control of a tractor, the drivers in the team driving occurrence can suggest the driving records to one another. The driver must log into One View and use the edit tools to suggest a driving record from their own log to their team driver. The team driver will receive the record as a suggest edit. Please contact your account manager to walk through the details of this process.

POV

Jobs UI Improvement Jobs in POV have been updated with a cleaner look and more organized job details on the sidebar.

Improve forms look and feel The forms that drivers complete on the tablet have been updated to a new look and feel.

Connection with No Internet shows Yellow Bars If the tablet is connected to WiFi but there is no internet connection, the connection bars will turn yellow. As one example, this may happen when connecting to a WiFi location that needs a separate authentication.

Unidentified Driving Records count only The unidentified records count on the tablet now gives only the number of driving records that are included in the unidentified records. All records will still appear when the driver views them to accept or ignore.

Non-commercial Commodity Trailer Warning Message When a driver is in Non-commercial commodity and they select a trailer, POV will ask if they want to stay in non-commercial commodity.

Time Picker for Inserted Records Inserted records now will only see a time selector instead of a date and time selector to limit date mistakes.

Sync Prompt POV will show a sync prompt when a driver goes off duty to remind drivers to let their device sync before powering off the tablet or removing from the truck’s cradle.

Update Sign Out Options Right after tapping the sign out button, if the driver is not in Off Duty status, they will see a prompt to update their duty status before they sign out. The driver can choose “Skip” to stay in your current status or select a different status and choose OK.

Show Password Option on Login Drivers can choose to Show Password on login to avoid mistakes in typing their password.

Inserting ELD record after latest record will update current status If a driver inserts a status record after their latest record, it will also change their status to this last inserted status.
