Do my drivers have to do anything in the vehicle to start the tracking?
No. Once the vehicle is turned on the unit automatically records and sends data.

How often does a reading take place?
Readings are taken every minute, and are also event based. For example, an instance of hard braking will trigger a reading.

Can I have reports automatically sent to me?
Yes! There are a variety of reports that can be generated from recorded data. Customers will work with a dedicated Relationship manager to set up automatic reports.

Will I lose data if I am in an area with poor coverage?
No way! If you are in an area with poor service the unit in the vehicle will still record all relevant information and transmit data once coverage improves. You never lose any data due to lack of coverage.

If I sell a vehicle is the unit transferable?
Yes, you do have the ability to transfer to a different vehicle.
