Pedigree is excited to announce that we have new reports available in OneView. The two new reports are the Jobs Overdue/Almost Due by Target Report and the Job Cost by Target Report. The Jobs Overdue/Almost Due by Target will allow users to more efficiently plan out maintenance schedules for assets and allows jobs users greater insight into overall job status. The Job Cost by Target Report will help users to easily track costs for each maintenance and/or job.
Steps to get to these reports:
Click on the Reports tab account the top of OneView.
In the upper right corner of the report screen select New Custom Report.
The custom reports will display on the screen. In the Reports Type drop down select either the Jobs Cost by Target Report or Jobs Overdue/ Almost Due by Target Report.
Jobs Overdue/Almost Due by Target Report: To pull this specific report follow the options below
Report Type: Jobs Overdue/ Almost Due by Target
Duration: The duration does not affect this report. It will always pull what is overdue or almost due right now or Users can set the duration for a future date and see what will be due during that specific time.
Assets: Click on the black wrench and choose the assets you would like included in the report
Target: Asset selected for the job or maintenance
Job ID: Predetermined number by OneView or number entered by user
Job Name: Predetermined name by OneView or name entered by user
Assignee: Name of person assigned to this job or maintenance
Due Date: Date the user set for maintenance to be due or the due date OneView determined
Due Trigger: Displays the parameters and value that the maintenance or jobs is due at
Current Status: Displays the current status of job or maintenance
Started: Will display date and time job or maintenance was started
Jobs Cost by Target Report:
To pull this specific report follow the options below:
Report Type: Jobs Cost by Target Report
Duration: Â Â In the drop down select the desired timeframe for this report
Assets: Click on the black wrench and choose the assets you would like included in the report
Target: Asset selected for the job or maintenance
Assignee: Name of person assigned to this job or maintenance
Job ID: Pre- determined number by OneView or number users entered
Job Name: Pre- determined name by OneView or name user entered
Completed: Date and time it was completed
Part #: Part number entered when job or maintenance was completed
Part: Name of the part
Qty: Total number of the parts used
Cost: Cost for each part used
Line Cost: Total cost for all parts for this line item
